Unfortunately, in July of the same year, the charismatic first dancer Charidimos Manarolis, the “Lightfoot”—as Pattakomanolis called him—left us, and the society was plunged into heavy mourning. To honor the famous first dancer, the Society appeared in black shirts and stilettos in a top event at Megaron, the Athens Concert Hall.
