2009

In 2009, in collaboration with the craftsmen of the Cretan silver knife, Antonis Kostantoudakis and Stavros Paterakis, KOURITES changed the history of the silver knife by putting goat or ram horns on the sleeves instead of the calf bone or ivory sleeve.  At the same time, they carved national (Arkadi, Daskalogianni) and religious (Ai Stratigos, Panagia Kera, Four Martyrs, Two Sfakian Saints, Agios Georgios, Agios Dimitrios, Agios Charalambos, etc.) symbols.
